At the Center of West Palm Beach's Downtown Core - Steps to Everything

Excellent host who made our stay enjoyable.

Kevin deserves all five stars for his exceptional service. However, there were a few issues with the unit that weren't his responsibility. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which Kevin promptly arranged to have repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels provided weren't the highest quality. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.

Jonathan was a fantastic host. He ensured that our check-in was smooth and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. He greeted us in person, making everything so straightforward. Jonathan has a great understanding of the local area. The location was just as described and ideal for our needs. He truly embodies what a great Airbnb host should be like. I highly recommend staying at one of his rentals.

This was an excellent place to stay! The location couldn't be better, and the apartment complex features a lovely pool and workout area. Kevin was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to any questions. I would happily return for another stay. Just a small note: the interior had a slightly different vibe compared to the photos, but it was nothing significant.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the otherwise pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's wonderfully cozy, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a couple of friends, as the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the attractions in WPB. I was impressed with the modern kitchen, equipped with a range, refrigerator, and stylish sink and countertops. The bathroom was also nicely updated, complete with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch. There are ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, ensuring a comfortable atmosphere alongside the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with plenty of storage space. Guests have shared access to a washer and dryer, along with off-street parking, which is a bonus. Kevin, our host, was very responsive and dealt with a couple of small issues promptly and positively. Overall, this property met all our needs and I would definitely choose to stay with Kevin again.
