What a fantastic host! They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. There are so many positive aspects to share!

This charming guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach area. Perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends (the bed can be configured as two singles or a king). The location is ideal, with plenty of attractions nearby. The kitchen has been beautifully updated, featuring a stove, fridge, and new countertops and sink. The bathroom is also modernized, complete with thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. There are ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom to keep things comfortable, along with excellent air conditioning. The closet is impressively organized with ample storage options. You have shared access to a washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is shared with the main house that is also available for rent if you need extra space. Our host, Kevin, was responsive and addressed a few minor concerns promptly and positively. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying with Kevin again.
