Had a wonderful time at Kevin's property. It was ideal for our large group, located right in the heart of the city, and there was so much room for everyone to relax.

Kevin was an incredible host, and his apartment was spotless. The design was stylish and everything felt organized and fresh. My mother stayed here and she was thrilled with the place.

The location was perfect, and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it ideal for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater was out of order, so we didn’t get to use it as much as we hoped. Luckily, the hot tub was a great alternative and we spent some lovely evenings there! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offer a nice sense of seclusion when needed. Just a heads-up, the house is a bit older, so there are some signs of wear. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren’t functioning properly; the freezer wasn’t cold enough, which meant our ice melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and since there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn’t recommend it for guests with mobility concerns. Additionally, keep in mind that there’s no bath or shower on the lower level. Overall, the place was reasonably priced, especially when shared with multiple families.
