My colleagues and I had a fantastic stay here for our work trip. The house offered ample space and the beds were both cozy and spotless. We really appreciated the two additional cottage rooms out back; they provided privacy and individual bathrooms for everyone, which was ideal. The pool area was a wonderful bonus, surrounded by lush trees. We did have to use the nets to clear some leaves, but the refreshing swim made it worthwhile on sunny days. The soothing sound of the waterfall at night was an added charm. The neighborhood was serene and felt very secure; we enjoyed evening strolls to the nearby Publix. This place is conveniently located just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, where there are plenty of dining and nightlife options, plus the beach isn't far. Our host Kevin was always quick to respond whenever we needed assistance or had questions. We would love to return to this lovely spot in the future!

He warmly welcomed us upon arrival, showed us around the home, and encouraged us to reach out if we had any questions. What a fantastic last-minute getaway! This apartment exceeded our expectations with its convenient parking and a truly welcoming host. We were just a short 2-minute stroll from Starbucks, great shopping, and vibrant live music. While some furniture, like the couch, showed signs of wear, the stunning view from the sliding glass door made us forget all about it. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy place to stay!
