Stylish 3-Bed, 2-Bath in Prime Downtown Spot

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We stayed for an entire month and truly cherished every single day. The location couldn't be better—only a short 10-minute ride from the airport, yet it’s wonderfully quiet. Just a 2-minute stroll puts you right in the heart of numerous shops and eateries, and the beach is only a quick 10-minute drive away. It's also a pleasant 15-minute walk to Clematis, which offers fantastic dining options and an incredible farmers market every Saturday. You can easily explore the area without needing a car. Kevin is a wonderful host; he ensured everything went smoothly during our stay. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, he promptly arranged for someone to come and fix it without any hassle. The apartment itself is cozy, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we required. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally switched our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make the situation seamless. He has several listings, and I can assure you he's very reliable and considerate. We wholeheartedly recommend this place, along with Kevin’s other properties, to anyone looking for a great stay.

This rental was perfect for our family reunion, providing ample space for everyone to relax and connect. I highly suggest booking here, but do check that the pool has been maintained prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy our planned barbecue day because the pool had turned green and required treatment. Thankfully, the issue was quickly addressed by the management. Michael was a fantastic host, always available and very attentive. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location for an Airbnb! The apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. There are a few minor upgrades needed, but we were really pleased with our extended stay overall. It's ideally situated with convenient parking, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets each evening.
