The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The building shows its age, though, as some furnishings could use a little TLC, and the carpets might benefit from a deep clean. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the comfort and convenience of the place, despite a few imperfections.

We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and absolutely loved our experience. The location couldn't be better! It was our first visit to West Palm, and we're thrilled we picked this place. Almost everything we wanted to see was just a short drive away, and some spots were even within walking distance, which was a nice surprise. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very secure. The house itself is a charming century-old home. The pool and cabana area in the back are outstanding, and the two casitas are a great touch for larger groups. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A few improvements could be made, like updating the washer/dryer and getting some new pillows, but overall, this is a fantastic choice for anyone traveling with a big group in West Palm.
This guesthouse is a fantastic find amidst the often overpriced rentals in West Palm Beach. It's really well-suited for solo travelers, couples, or friends as the bed can be arranged either as twins or a king. The central location makes exploring WPB super convenient. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and new countertops, making cooking a pleasure. The bathroom renovation is lovely, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch for mood lighting. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area, plus excellent air conditioning, staying cool is a breeze. The closet is impressively organized with plenty of storage options. Access to a shared washer and dryer is a nice bonus, along with off-street parking, which is shared with the main house that also offers rental options. The host was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of small issues we encountered. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely consider renting from this host again.

We arrived at the property after a long flight, expecting to check in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working, and it would take longer than anticipated. After multiple inquiries about when we could access our rental, we finally got in around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was ongoing maintenance due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which came with some noise as workers were tiling until late in the evening. Additionally, we found some used bathroom fixtures left in the kitchen, which was quite unappealing. We reached out to the property manager regarding compensation for the inconvenience caused by the late check-in and ongoing work, but we never received a follow-up. Overall, this experience was frustrating, and I doubt we would consider renting from this host again.
We had a fantastic experience during my sister's bachelorette celebration! This property was more than enough for our group of 13, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. The two guest houses offered a nice balance of togetherness and privacy. The outdoor space was breathtaking, providing some amazing spots for photos. The location was perfect, just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The property manager was very attentive and supportive throughout our visit. I definitely recommend this place for large gatherings!
