Entire rental unit. Tropical Residence - Apartment One

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything! However, the building does show its age. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout my stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep cleaning, and some of the furniture is a bit worn out with peeling leather. Overall, I had a pleasant stay; it was a cozy place in a great area, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

Our work trip brought us to this fantastic rental, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The spacious rooms and the cozy, spotless beds made our stay very enjoyable. The two cottage rooms out back provided ample room, plus everyone appreciated having their own bathrooms. The pool area was a delightful perk, surrounded by trees, though we did use the nets provided to keep it clear. We made sure to take advantage of the pool on the sunny days, and the gentle sound of the waterfall in the evenings created such a calming ambiance. The neighborhood was incredibly peaceful and gave us a sense of security. We even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. It was conveniently located just a short walk from Clematis Street and City Place, where we found plenty of great bars, restaurants, and the beach. The property manager was very quick to assist us with any inquiries we had. We would definitely love to return in the future if it’s available.

Our last-minute getaway turned out to be absolutely delightful! This apartment checked all the boxes with convenient parking and a fantastic host who made us feel right at home. It's situated within a short stroll to all the essentials, including a Starbucks, shops, and live music venues just two minutes away. While some furnishings, like the couch, might show a bit of wear, the stunning views from the window and sliding door make it easy to overlook those little imperfections.

This property was an ideal location for our family reunion. I would definitely recommend it, but it's wise to confirm that the pool is clean before your arrival. We had to skip our planned barbecue day since the pool turned green and required treatment. However, the issue was addressed promptly after we reported it. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Fantastic experience overall!

The owner was incredibly accommodating and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very organized. My mother had a wonderful time during her stay here.
