The property was significantly farther from the convention center than indicated on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive). The room was cozy but quite small, featuring just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and there was no kitchen equipment available. Given the location and amenities, the price felt excessive. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund under Airbnb's policy, but the cost of over $300 seems unreasonable for what was offered. I hope they consider adjusting the pricing and improving the facilities in the future.

This guesthouse is a fantastic alternative in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can be arranged as either twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, and stylish countertops. The bathroom renovations include thoughtful additions like dimmer lighting. Fans in both the bedroom and living space provide a comfy atmosphere along with efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-organized with plenty of storage options. You also have access to a washer and dryer, plus off-street parking shared with the main house, which is great if you need extra space. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and addressed a couple of small issues promptly. All in all, this property met our needs perfectly, and we would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.

I had a fantastic stay at this rental! The apartment was cozy and had an ideal location. The amenities, including the pool and gym, were impressive. My host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would certainly consider staying here again. Just a small note, the apartment's appearance varied slightly from the photos, but it wasn't a significant issue.

We arrived on a flight that landed around 1:00 pm, hoping to enjoy a lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. Unfortunately, when we returned for check-in at 4:00, we were informed that the cleaning staff were still finishing up. After waiting until 5:49 pm with no updates, we inquired again and received no response. Finally, at 7:02 pm, we reached out once more and were told they would keep us posted. It wasn't until about 7:45 pm that we were allowed into the property. To our surprise, there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still there working on the tiling until around 9:30 pm. They left a used toilet and sink in the kitchen for the duration of our stay, along with a plunger. We never received an apology for the delays or the inconvenience. I even requested a partial refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues but was told someone would need to check with the owners, and I never heard anything back. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I don't think I would choose to rent from them again.

This property was the perfect location for our family reunion! I can't recommend it enough, just be sure to check that the pool has been properly maintained before you arrive. We unfortunately had to skip our planned backyard barbecue because the pool needed some care and turned a bit cloudy. Thankfully, the issue has been addressed with the pool service. Additionally, Mark was a fantastic host who was always quick to respond to our questions. He truly made our stay enjoyable!
