We arrived on an afternoon flight around 1:00 pm, planning to enjoy lunch before our 4:00 pm check-in. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still working, and our check-in would be delayed. After checking in multiple times, we finally got access at around 7:45 pm. To our surprise, there was ongoing maintenance due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom; the crew was busy tiling and making noise until almost 9:30 pm. They even left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen throughout our stay, which was quite off-putting. Unfortunately, there was no attempt from the property manager to apologize or rectify the situation. I inquired about a possible refund for the inconvenience and was told they would consult with the owners, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider staying here again.
What a FANTASTIC last-minute getaway! This cozy apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The host was incredibly accommodating, and having parking was a huge plus. We were just a short stroll away from Starbucks, shops, and even some great live music venues. There are a few signs of wear, like the couch, but honestly, it didn't bother us at all once we took in the lovely view from the window and patio door. Highly recommend!
