Entire rental unit. Secluded Fenced Home with Garden - 10 Minutes from Downtown

The location of this rental is fantastic, though the building does show its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While the carpets could definitely use a good cleaning and some of the furniture has seen better days with a bit of peeling, we felt comfortable overall. It’s a great spot to stay, just a few minor improvements would make it even better.

The location of this rental is quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over 30 minutes on foot or a quick 5-minute drive. The room is small, containing just a double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Considering the price, which exceeds $300, I found it unreasonable given the location and the condition of the facilities. Thankfully, I was able to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy. I would hope for a more reasonable rate and better amenities in the future.
