This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfectly suited for solo travelers, couples, or even two friends, thanks to the versatile bed setup that can be arranged either as twins or a king. The location is prime, making it easy to explore all the attractions in WPB. I loved the modern kitchen, equipped with a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops. The bathroom has also received a nice upgrade, with thoughtful features like a dimmer switch for the lights. Additionally, the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area keep the space comfortable alongside the effective AC. Storage is not a problem here, with a well-organized closet providing ample space. The convenience of a shared washer and dryer and off-street parking was a bonus, especially since the main house is also available for rental if you need extra room. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns efficiently. Overall, this property met all our expectations, and I would definitely consider booking with Kevin again.

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent an entire month here and relished every single day. The location is fantastic—just a short 10-minute trip to the airport without any of the noise, a quick 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and delicious dining options, and only a 10-minute drive to the beach. Additionally, it’s just a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which boasts wonderful restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Kevin, our host, truly went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He was quick to address any issues that arose and had someone there to assist right away. The place is not only spacious and comfortable but also equipped with everything we could possibly need. The neighbors were friendly, and the pool area was a lovely spot to relax. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin was incredibly accommodating and made the whole process smooth for us. He has several listings and has proven to be trustworthy and attentive. Highly recommend this spot and Kevin's other properties!

Kevin truly exceeded our expectations - exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We felt very supported throughout our stay. The accommodation was very cozy, ideal for a small group, featuring two private en suite bedrooms along with a lovely living area. It provided a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere for a restful night's sleep.
