This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the rather pricey short-term rental scene of West Palm Beach. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or friends since the bed can either be set up as two twins or a cozy king. The location makes it easy to access all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and new countertops and sink. The bathroom renovations are also impressive, featuring thoughtful details like a dimmer switch. The ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room are a nice touch, along with the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-organized, offering plenty of storage space. Plus, you have shared access to a washer and dryer along with off-street parking, which is a bonus. Kevin, our host, was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns swiftly and positively. All in all, this property met our expectations perfectly, and we would definitely consider renting from Kevin again.
