We arrived on a flight that touched down around 1 PM. We had planned to grab some lunch before checking in at 4 PM, but when we arrived, we were informed that the cleaning staff was still working. After waiting until 5:49 PM for an update with no response, we inquired again at 7:02 PM and were assured that we would be informed shortly. Unfortunately, we didn't gain access until around 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered there was a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were still in the property tiling the floor. They continued cutting tiles until about 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, there was a used toilet and sink left in the kitchen area throughout our stay. We didn't receive any apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and inconvenience, but I was told they'd need to consult the owners, and I never heard back. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing, and I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent a month here and loved every moment. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport without any of the noise, a mere 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries, and the beach is only a quick 10-minute drive away. We also enjoyed a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, which features fantastic dining options and an amazing farmers market every Saturday. You really can get by without a car in this area. Kevin was an outstanding host, making the entire experience effortless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, he arranged for someone to come and fix it promptly. The Airbnb itself was comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything we could ask for. The other residents were friendly, and we loved relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally confused our checkout date, Kevin went above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. He has several listings and we found him to be very reliable and responsible. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and Kevin’s other properties to anyone considering a stay.

The accommodation was quite a distance from the convention center as shown on the map (over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive), and the room felt small (just one double bed, a sofa, and a mini table). Unfortunately, the shower was out of order, and the kitchen facilities were lacking. Given the location and amenities, the price felt excessively high. Thankfully, thanks to Airbnb's policy, I managed to get a full refund. However, spending over $300 for this space and its facilities seems unreasonable. I hope the pricing becomes more reasonable and that the amenities are improved in the future.

After a few follow-ups, we eventually got access to the property at about 7:45 PM. Upon entering, we discovered there was a plumbing issue in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were busy laying new tiles until around 9:30 PM. To make matters worse, remnants of their work, including a used toilet and sink, were left in the kitchen during our entire stay. Unfortunately, there was a lack of communication or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience from the management. I even inquired about a possible refund for the late check-in and the ongoing issues but never received a follow-up. This experience has left us quite disappointed, and I doubt we would choose to stay here again.

Kevin deserves a full five stars for his exceptional service, though the unit itself had a few issues that were beyond his control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin promptly arranged for its repair. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have been a bit cleaner, and the towels provided were not up to par. It would be beneficial for the owner to consider replacing them.

I found myself in West Palm for a last-minute work assignment and needed a place to stay for a month. Kevin was incredibly welcoming and made sure to touch base from the moment I landed. The building is quite impressive, and Kevin took the time to show me around, making everything easy to navigate. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functions perfectly, and it's spotless.

Our work trip here was absolutely fantastic! We appreciated the spacious layout, with comfortable and spotless beds. The two additional cottage rooms in the back provided great privacy and their own bathrooms, which was a huge plus. We enjoyed spending time by the pool; although it was surrounded by trees, making it necessary to use the provided nets occasionally, we still enjoyed refreshing swims when the weather permitted. The soothing sound of the waterfall was a lovely bonus at night. The area was wonderfully peaceful and felt very secure. We took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. Plus, the location couldn't be better, just a short walk from Clematis St and City Place where we found a variety of bars, restaurants, and even the beach! Kevin, our host, was super helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We will certainly look to return in the future if possible.
Our 3-week stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn't be better! As first-time visitors to West Palm Beach, we were thrilled with our choice. Most attractions were just a short drive, and many spots were even within walking distance. The neighborhood felt secure and peaceful, which was a huge plus. The charm of the century-old home truly added to our experience. We loved the pool and cabana area out back, and the additional 'casitas' made it perfect for our larger group. Kevin was incredibly attentive, ensuring our needs were met throughout our stay. A new washer/dryer and some upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, but overall, this place is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to be in the heart of West Palm.
