The location was fantastic and we felt safe in the neighborhood, making it perfect for our family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater wasn't functional, so it was a bit chilly. We ended up loving the hot tub instead! The guest studios by the pool provided much-needed privacy for our group, despite being a bit on the small side. Keep in mind that this is an older property, so you might notice some wear and tear. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the refrigerator and freezer; the freezer didn’t freeze properly, which meant we had to deal with melted ice. The stairs were a bit tricky, and there’s only one bedroom in the main house on the ground floor, which could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Additionally, there's no bath or shower available in the main house downstairs. Overall, it was a fair price considering we were splitting the costs among several families.

Our stay at this property was perfect for bringing the whole family together. I highly recommend staying here, but do check that the pool has been properly cleaned before your arrival. We missed out on an ideal day for grilling in the backyard since the pool turned a bit green and needed treatment. Thankfully, the issue has been addressed by the pool service. Kevin was a fantastic host and very quick to respond to our inquiries. Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic location for an Airbnb! The apartment was quite roomy and comfortable. While there are a few minor upgrades that could enhance the experience, we were quite pleased with our extended stay. The convenience of the location was a big plus, and having a dedicated parking space, access to a gym, and a large swimming pool with stunning sunset views every evening made our trip unforgettable.

Kevin was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. My friends and I enjoyed a wonderful three weeks at this Airbnb. The spot couldn't be more ideal! This was our first visit to West Palm Beach, and we were thrilled with our choice of location. Everything we needed was just a quick drive or a short stroll away, making it super convenient. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a sense of security, and it was surprising how accessible everything was. The house itself is a charming century-old property. We loved the incredible pool area and cabana in the backyard, plus the two separate 'casitas' were a fantastic touch for accommodating our larger group. Kevin was exceptionally attentive and always ready to address any concerns to ensure our stay was enjoyable. A couple of improvements could be made, like updating the washer and dryer and getting some more comfortable pillows, but overall this place is a gem for anyone traveling with a big group while wanting to be in the heart of West Palm.
