Kevin was a fantastic host. He went above and beyond to accommodate us after we had to book last minute because of the hurricane evacuation.

We had a fantastic stay at the property! Jason was incredibly attentive to all of our queries and was able to cater to the needs of our group of 16 without any hassle. His communication was top-notch, which is vital when staying at an Airbnb. The house matched its description perfectly. Our only hiccup was with the oven, but Jason promptly came over and confirmed it was out of order. The stovetop worked fine for us, and since we were mainly in town for a wedding, it wasn't a major issue. We truly appreciated Jason's hospitality and his thoughtful surprises he provided us. A big shoutout to Jason! We'll certainly consider his properties for our future trips.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often overpriced West Palm Beach rental scene. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even a pair of friends since the bed can be configured as either twins or a king. Its central location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen has been beautifully updated with a stove, fridge, and modern sink and countertops, which made meal prep a breeze. The bathroom also features renovations and thoughtful details, including a dimmer light switch. Both the bedroom and living room come with ceiling fans that, along with the top-notch air conditioning, kept us cool during our stay. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and hangers for our belongings. Access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, was a big advantage, especially with the main house available for additional guests if needed. Kevin, the host, was quick to respond to any questions and handled a few minor concerns effectively. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay with Kevin again.
