The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to all of our inquiries, which made our stay much more enjoyable. Managing the needs of a large group of 16 can be quite challenging, but they handled it with ease. The house matched its online description perfectly, making our arrival seamless. The only issue we faced was with the oven, which unfortunately wasn’t operational. However, the host came by promptly to assess the situation. Thankfully, the stovetop was in good working condition, so we were able to manage without it. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't require extensive cooking. We truly valued our interactions with the host and appreciated the thoughtful touches they provided during our stay. A big thank you for a pleasant experience! We look forward to booking with them again in the future.

The property matched the description perfectly, except for one issue with the oven—it was nonfunctional, but the host came by promptly to confirm this, and we were able to use the stovetop without any problems. Although I couldn't stay due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, the owner was very understanding and promptly issued a full refund. I truly appreciate their responsiveness during a stressful time.
