This property was the perfect gathering place for our family reunion. I highly recommend it, though I suggest checking on the pool's cleanliness prior to your stay. We unfortunately had to skip our barbecue day because the pool needed some attention and had turned a bit murky. Thankfully, the issue has been addressed with the pool service. Kevin was an incredible host, always quick to respond to our questions. Truly a fantastic experience!
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, the building is a bit outdated. Communication with Mark was top-notch; he was very responsive. The carpets could really use a good cleaning, and we noticed some furniture showing signs of wear, particularly the peeling leather. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, it's a cozy spot in a prime area, just a few minor issues to address.

We had a fantastic experience with our host, Brian. He was incredibly flexible and understanding, especially since we had to make a last-minute reservation due to the hurricane.

Fantastic location for our Airbnb experience! The apartment was quite roomy and made our long stay enjoyable. There are a few minor enhancements needed, but we were overall very pleased. The convenience of having a good parking space, a gym, and a large swimming pool made it even better. We loved watching the stunning sunsets from the pool area each evening.

Fantastic place! The host was incredibly attentive and quick to reply. It’s conveniently located near all the essentials.
I had to make an unexpected work trip to West Palm and required a place to stay for several weeks. Kevin was incredibly helpful, reaching out to me as soon as I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, he took the time to give me a thorough tour, making settling in a breeze. The condo itself is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was functional, and it was spotless throughout my stay.
