Due to an unexpected emergency evacuation, I wasn't able to stay, but the host was very understanding and promptly refunded my payment. I really appreciate their kindness in this situation.
This rental was perfect for bringing my family together for a memorable getaway. I highly recommend this property, but do check that the pool has been properly maintained before you arrive. We unfortunately couldn't enjoy our planned day by the pool because it had turned green and needed treatment. The management has since addressed this issue with the pool service. The property owner was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to our needs. Truly a fantastic experience!
The host was incredibly quick to respond to all of our inquiries and was very attentive to our group’s needs. Managing the preferences of 16 guests isn't an easy task, but they handled everything with great professionalism. Communication was excellent, which is crucial when staying at an Airbnb. The property description was spot-on. Unfortunately, the oven was out of order, but the host arrived promptly to confirm that it wasn't working. Thankfully, the stovetop was perfectly functional. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn't need to prepare extensive meals. We were grateful for the thoughtful touches and surprises from the host, which added a nice touch to our stay. A big thank you to them! I will definitely be looking for properties managed by this host in the future.
The location of this property is fantastic, but the building itself shows signs of age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I noticed that the carpets could really benefit from a deep clean, and some of the furniture is in need of repair, including a couple of peeling chairs. All in all, we were pleased with our stay—it's a cozy spot in a prime area, though there are a few areas for improvement.
I would definitely give the host five stars for their excellent service. However, the property itself had a few issues that were beyond the host's control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly arranged for a repair. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning. The towels provided were also not up to par and could use an upgrade. Overall, a good stay but some improvements are needed.
