This place was spacious enough for our weekend getaway with friends. While we did notice a few minor things that could use some attention, like the hot tub being less than clean and a few cracks in the main floor, everything else lined up with the description provided. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely consider booking it again.

The location couldn't be better, central to everything! The building is a bit dated, but the host was super responsive and helpful during our stay. However, I did notice that the carpets could use a good cleaning, and a few pieces of furniture seemed to be in rough shape with peeling upholstery. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a comfy space with a fantastic location, just a few improvements would make it even better.
We spent three wonderful weeks at this Airbnb and had an amazing experience. The location couldn't be better for our first visit to West Palm; we were thrilled with our choice. Most places were just a quick five-minute drive away, and we even found some spots that were easily walkable from the property. The neighborhood is peaceful and felt very secure, which was a pleasant surprise considering how close we were to everything. The property itself is charming, being a century-old home. We absolutely loved the pool and the cabana area in the backyard, and the two additional 'casitas' were ideal for our larger group. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. While the washer/dryer could definitely use an upgrade and the pillows weren't the best, we still highly recommend this place for anyone looking to accommodate a big group in a fantastic West Palm location.
The location was fantastic, situated in a safe neighborhood which was perfect for our family getaway. The house offered plenty of space for everyone, accommodating multiple families comfortably. The pool was inviting, though the heater seemed to be out of order, resulting in chilly water. We took advantage of the hot tub instead, which was a lovely alternative! The guest studios by the pool provided a nice touch for those seeking some privacy, even if they were somewhat compact. Keep in mind, this is an older property, so you might notice some signs of aging. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer weren't functioning correctly; the freezer barely chilled, leading to our ice melting quickly. The stairs are a bit steep, and with only one bedroom on the main floor, it might not be the best choice for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there is no bath or shower in the main area. Overall, it offers good value for the price, especially when split among several families.

We had a fantastic last-minute getaway here! This cozy apartment exceeded our expectations with convenient parking and a really welcoming host. Everything is just a short stroll away, including a Starbucks and some great shops and live music spots. While the couch shows some signs of wear, the stunning view from the window and sliding door more than makes up for it. Highly recommend this place!
I had to make a last-minute business trip to West Palm and needed a good place to stay for the month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out to me right from the moment I landed at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour, which made settling in a breeze. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything was in perfect working order, and it was spotless.
