Entire rental unit. Contemporary coastal retreat featuring boat storage space

Unfortunately, I couldn't make it to my reservation due to a sudden emergency evacuation, but the property manager was very understanding and processed my refund promptly. I really appreciate their flexibility during a stressful time.

The location was excellent and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it great for a family getaway. The pool was enjoyable, but unfortunately, the heater was out of order, so it was quite chilly. We ended up taking advantage of the hot tub instead, which was a nice alternative! The guest studios by the pool are compact but offer good privacy if you need it. Keep in mind that this is an older property, so there are some signs of wear and tear. The refrigerator and freezer were not functioning properly; the freezer barely got cold enough and all our ice melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and there's only one bedroom on the main level, which may not be suitable for anyone with mobility concerns. Also, there are no bathing facilities in the downstairs area. Overall, it was reasonably priced for the area, especially if you're sharing expenses with other families.
