Kevin was incredibly attentive to our inquiries and did an excellent job accommodating the needs of our large group of 16. His communication skills are top-notch, which makes all the difference when booking through Airbnb. The listing matched the property perfectly. The only hiccup we encountered was with the oven, but Kevin promptly assessed the situation and confirmed it was out of order. Thankfully, the stovetop was functional, and since we were primarily there for a wedding, it wasn't a big issue for us. We truly valued our interactions with Kevin and appreciated the thoughtful touches he provided that exceeded our expectations. A big thank you to Kevin! We look forward to booking with him again in the future.
