This guesthouse is a fantastic find amidst the fairly pricey short-term rentals in West Palm Beach. It's a charming space that works perfectly for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends, thanks to the versatile bed setup that can be arranged as either twins or a king. The central location makes it easy to explore everything WPB has to offer. The kitchen is tastefully updated with new appliances, including a stove, fridge, and stylish sink and countertops. The bathroom has been recently renovated as well, featuring nice details like a dimmer switch for added ambiance. We appreciated the ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living area that complemented the excellent air conditioning. The closet was thoughtfully designed with ample storage options. Additionally, there’s convenient access to a shared washer and dryer, plus off-street parking, which is a great bonus. Kevin, the host, was very responsive and handled a couple of minor concerns quickly and efficiently. All in all, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider staying with Kevin again.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay. James was incredibly attentive, answering all our inquiries promptly. Managing the needs of 16 people can be a real challenge, but he handled it like a pro! The house was exactly as described, which made settling in a breeze. The only hiccup was the oven not functioning, but James came by swiftly to check it out and confirmed it was out of order, although the stovetop was great for our needs. Since we were in town for a wedding, we didn’t require much cooking. We truly valued our exchanges with James and appreciated the thoughtful touches he provided. A big thank you to him for making our stay enjoyable! We'll certainly look to book properties under his management again in the future.
After our original reservation fell through unexpectedly, we found Kevin's property and he made the whole process easy. He responded to us promptly, and we were able to book in less than a day. When we arrived, he was there to greet us, showed us around the house, and encouraged us to contact him if we needed anything. He also provided great recommendations for local beaches, dining options, and fun things to do. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.
This Airbnb was a fantastic choice, with a lot of room to spread out. While there are some minor things that could be updated, we were really pleased with our extended stay. The location is ideal, and the parking is convenient. Plus, the gym facilities and the large swimming pool offer the perfect spot to enjoy stunning sunsets each evening.

Kevin truly deserves every bit of the five-star rating he gets! Although there were a few issues with the unit that weren't his doing, like a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms that he promptly addressed, and a tub that could have used a more thorough cleaning. Also, the towels weren't as high quality as I expected. It would really make a difference if the owner considered replacing them.
