Charming 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath Residence Close to the Shoreline

We had a fantastic stay thanks to Kevin's exceptional support! Managing the needs of our group of 16 is no small feat, and he handled everything effortlessly. His communication was top-notch, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The house matched its description perfectly, although we discovered that the oven was out of order. Kevin promptly came by to assess the situation, confirming that only the stovetop was working. Thankfully, we weren't planning on making elaborate meals, as we were in town for a wedding. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and the unexpected little touches he provided during our stay. A big shoutout to Kevin! We will certainly look for more properties he manages in the future.

I would give Kevin five stars just for his exceptional hospitality. Unfortunately, the unit did have a few issues that were beyond his control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a more thorough cleaning, and the towels weren't up to par. It would be great for the owner to consider updating them.
