Secluded Treasure Close to Top Medical Centers

The property is quite a distance from the convention center, taking over 30 minutes to walk and about 5 minutes by car. The room is on the smaller side, accommodating just one double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not operational, and there were no kitchen amenities available. Given the location and the lacking facilities, the price felt exceedingly high. Fortunately, I was able to receive a full refund following Airbnb’s policy, but paying over $300 seems excessive for what is offered. I hope they consider adjusting the price and enhancing the amenities in the future.

I had to make an unexpected business trip to West Palm for a month and found this place to be ideal. Kevin was incredibly helpful and kept in touch from the moment I landed. Although the building is quite sizeable, Kevin took the time to show me around, which made settling in easy. The condo itself is perfect for one or two guests, everything functions well, and it's spotless.

What a fantastic host! They genuinely prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of their guests. I could go on and on about all the wonderful aspects of my stay!

The apartment was fantastic! It was very comfortable and ideally situated. The complex features a lovely pool and a well-equipped gym. Kevin was an outstanding host, always quick to respond to our questions. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Just a small note, the decor was not exactly like the pictures, but it was nothing too concerning.
