Charming 1 bedroom condo with 1.5 bathrooms

Mark was an outstanding host. He was very quick to respond and genuinely caring. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at his property. I would definitely recommend it!

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. The space worked well for our group of families, though the pool was a bit chilly since the heater wasn't functioning. Luckily, the hot tub made up for it and was quite enjoyable! The guest studios near the pool provide a cozy retreat for anyone needing some alone time. Being in an older home, there are some signs of wear, which is to be expected. We encountered some issues with the refrigerator, as it didn't keep things cold enough and the freezer basically turned into a fridge, causing our ice to melt. The stairs could be tricky, and with only one bedroom on the main level, I wouldn’t recommend it for those who may have trouble with steps. There’s no bath or shower on the ground floor, so keep that in mind. Overall, it was a fair price for the area, especially when shared among several families.

Kevin came to our rescue late at night when our previous Airbnb was not prepared for our arrival. We were welcomed warmly at nearly 10 pm, and luckily, he had everything ready for us. The last-minute check-in went smoothly, and we were very pleased with our stay.
