sophisticated secluded retreat

We had a fantastic time staying here for my sister's bachelorette celebration! This property was ideal for our group of 13, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The separate guest houses offered us the perfect blend of privacy and togetherness. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided some amazing spots for photos. Plus, the location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The host was very attentive and supportive during our visit. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone planning a large gathering!

We arrived at the property after our flight landed around 1:00 pm and anticipated being able to have lunch before checking in at 4:00 pm. However, when we returned to check in at the scheduled time, we were informed that it would take longer due to cleaning staff still being there. We waited until 5:49 pm to inquire about our room, but received no update. At 7:02 pm, we reached out again and were told they would provide an update soon. We finally gained access around 7:45 pm and discovered that there had been a leak in the downstairs bathroom, which was being worked on with tile installation still ongoing. The workers were cutting tile until nearly 9:30 pm, and they had left a used toilet and sink, along with a plunger, in the kitchen for the duration of our stay. We were never given an apology or any effort to rectify the situation. When I inquired about a possible refund for the delayed check-in and ongoing issues, I was told the matter would be checked with the owners, but I never received a follow-up. Overall, it was quite unsatisfactory. I wouldn't consider renting from them again.

Fantastic apartment in a prime location!

Kevin truly deserves a five-star rating for his hospitality and responsiveness. There were a few minor issues with the unit, such as a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, which Kevin quickly attended to. I also noticed that one of the bathtubs could use a deeper clean, and the towels weren’t the softest. I think a replacement would really elevate the experience!

I had a lovely stay at this property! The location was ideal, and the apartment was very cozy. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were excellent. Our host, Kevin, was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely book this place again. Just a small note, the apartment's interior was a little different from the photos, but it didn’t affect my experience at all.

Kevin was an outstanding host, and his apartment was in pristine condition. The design was stylish, and everything was spotless and well-organized. My mother stayed here and she thoroughly enjoyed her time.
