Kevin deserves a full five-star rating for his exceptional service. Unfortunately, the unit itself had a few issues that were beyond his control. There was a faucet in one of the bathrooms that was broken, but Kevin promptly arranged for it to be repaired. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could use a more thorough cleaning, and I found the towels to be lacking in quality. It would be great if the owner could consider replacing them.
