Charming and Luxurious Apartment in West Palm Beach

The location was fantastic and the neighborhood felt very secure, making it perfect for our family getaway. We appreciated the spaciousness which worked well for our larger group. The pool was nice, though the heater seemed to be out of order, so we ended up using the hot tub instead, which was a great alternative! The guest studios by the pool are a bit compact but offer great privacy when needed. Keep in mind that since it's an older house, there are a few signs of wear. We did face some issues with the refrigerator and freezer, as the freezer wasn’t cold enough to freeze anything and the ice had melted. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and note that there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, so it might not be suitable for those with mobility challenges. Additionally, there is no bath or shower in the main house downstairs. Overall, the price was reasonable, especially if you split it amongst several families.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends! It’s spacious and fit all of us comfortably. There were a few minor things to note, like the hot tub needing a thorough clean and some cracked tiles on the main floor that could use some attention. However, these were small hiccups in an otherwise great experience. I would definitely consider booking here again in the future.

The entire experience was seamless thanks to Kevin's help. Despite our flight being delayed, he was still there to welcome us and give us a tour of the house when we arrived. We truly appreciate all his efforts!

We had an AMAZING last-minute getaway! This apartment was just what we needed. It offers convenient parking and the host was incredibly welcoming. Everything you could want is just a short stroll away, including a Starbucks, shops, and live music venues. While some furniture, like the couch, shows signs of wear, the stunning view from the sliding glass door makes you forget all about it. Highly recommend!

Kevin came to our rescue late at night when our previous Airbnb was not prepared for our arrival. He welcomed us around 10 pm and made sure we settled in comfortably. Despite the last-minute nature of our check-in, everything in his apartment was great. Highly recommend!
