There are restaurants/dining, art/culture, and the beach nearby. The place is suitable for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers. Everything is just a few minutes away. Located in the heart of antique row, walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and fine dining establishments. It is our pleasure to be on hand if needed, but we also want people to be able to enjoy their privacy.
Property is gated and very private. Street parking.. Washer and dryer are available for guest staying more than 3 days PLEASE NOTE GUEST WITH PETS MUST GET PRE APPROVAL Any guest that leaves without cleaning up after pet will be subject to $100 cleaning fee !!!! vacuum is available on request ( chewing hair and any smell )
