We hope you can appreciate some of the original owner’s unique charm as we do, from the dining space to the bathroom tile. Each bedroom includes all white linens on the bed, as well as extra blankets, pillows, and hangers in the closet. We also have live plants throughout the house for improving indoor air quality. Master Bedroom: Our Palm Leaf Room is a spacious master bedroom that boasts a sleep-inducing king-sized bed, 5 drawer dresser, and two nightstands. Don’t miss the convenient USB ports in the lamp bases for your charging needs. Guest Room Bedroom: Our cozier surfside guest bedroom hosts a 100% organic queen-sized mattress, along with two nightstands with conveniently built-in USB ports and outlet for your charging needs. Living Room: The living room has a wraparound sectional perfect for gathering the whole house for movies, games, and great conversations. The 50" Roku TV is equipped with DirectTV, Sports Channels, Netflix, HBOGO, and more. In the drawers under the TV, you’ll find board games, card games, and puzzles to keep the fun times going. Kitchen: Cooks, enjoy the newly renovated, full-sized kitchen complete with electric range, brand new refrigerator and dishwasher, and white quartz countertops. We have supplied complimentary K-cups in the coffee bar for the Keurig, with a variety of sweeteners in the pantry. You will find basic cooking needs, such as pots and pans, oil, salt, and pepper, and more in the pantry, as well. Bathroom: The bathroom has a full bath and shower, with unique original tile that we couldn’t resist keeping. Please feel free to use any of the products under the vanity. Outdoor Space: Pour an ice-cold drink and revel in your private Mediterranean garden complete with state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen, glass fire pit, and saltwater pool. Grilling is a breeze with a complete 6 burner gas grill, stove top burner, outdoor fridge, sink, and filtered ice machine- for those frozen drinks. Blender is in the upstairs pantry. This Mediterranean Oasis is fully fenced in and private to the guest house guests. We have a variety of plants across the garden, including the most comfortable, non-itchy, grass you can find in Florida. There is plenty of seating for all among the palm trees, overlooking the pool. For the sunbathers of the group, there are two acacia chaise lounges on wheels to get that perfectly even tan that you came all this way to get. Laundry: There are laundry machines located on the first floor under the patio in the outdoor kitchen. Detergent can be found on top of the machines. Extras: We do have beach towels by front door for your use. Umbrella, cooler, beach bags, snorkels available by request. Pack N Play is also available upon request. Please no glassware at the pool. If you need anything or have any concerns about your stay, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We are more than accommodating and hope to provide you with the best stay. Please use the driveway during your stay. It may fit 2 cars, there is also plenty of street parking if needed. Continue through your private entry on the driveway to the garden and pool space. You will have access to the entire second floor of the guest house. The first floor includes the garage and a storage room which is not accessible to guests. Your privacy is a priority of ours, but we are also here to serve you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any accommodations or just some local recommendations! After all, we are neighbors! This is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. We do not allow music by the pool, loud gatherings, unregistered guests, or parties of any kind. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, no exceptions. The downstairs floor, including the garage and storage room, is not accessible to guests. Please refer to the house rules for more information.
