Cozy West Palm Beach suite less than 5 miles from the beach and downtown, and just 2 miles from Palm Beach Outlets, restaurants, I-95, St. Mary’s Medical Center, BAK, Kravis Center, the convention center, Tri-Rail, yoga studios, and nightlife. Features a queen bed, walk-in closet, pull-out queen sofa bed, and a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils. Please note there is a canal behind the house where alligators may be present; stay aware for your safety. Guest access This room has a separate entrance from the main house. It also has a shared backyard with the main house. WiFi is 100 mbs AT&T. Note: 1 - the jacuzzi is not in working condition 2 - the house has canal in the backyard, which has alligators so be aware Covered parking space is near the entrance. There is covered parking available on the first come, first serve bases. Also, the drive way is large enough to park multiple cars. Please do not block other guests. All communications should be sent through Airbnb application. It is a quite neighborhood with a sunset park near by. The unit has its own air conditioner that can be controlled as needed. NOTE: ONLY basic necessities are provided (soap, couple of rolls of toilet paper, and shower gel). PESTS POLICY We are located in a tropical location. Bugs, rodents, iguanas, and other pests are part of the environment. We hire services to provide pest and animal control. Contact us via Airbnb Messaging to report the issue.
