At a glance:
The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.
The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 20 guests (up to 16 adults over the age of 13). After the 16th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation.
Should you request an early check-in (before 4 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.
Approved pets are welcome; a non-refundable $150 per pet fee shall apply.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
