Pet Policy: One well-behaved dog under 25 lbs is allowed at this home. After booking, you’ll be asked to confirm your pet’s details and pay the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Only one pet is permitted per stay. You may ask any questions about the pet policy ahead of time.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver: An additional refundable security deposit of $500 is required. It will be held on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and the standard inspection. Guests may instead choose a non-refundable damage waiver for $50.

Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and stay for the entire reservation.
