Occupancy & Guest Policy • Base Occupancy: Your booking includes stay for up to 14 guests. • Additional Guests: Any guests exceeding the initial 14 must be declared at the time of booking and will incur a fee of $100 per guest, per night. • Undeclared Guests: For insurance and safety purposes, the total number of occupants must be accurate. Any undeclared guests found on the property will be charged a penalty of $100 per guest, per night. ☛ Please note that our check-in time is strictly at 4 PM. Noise Monitoring & Compliance Policy - This home is located in the Northwood Village District (West Palm Beach), which has strict noise regulations to protect surrounding residential areas. - This property is equipped with noise monitoring devices.
