Just a short 3-5 minute walk to Singer Island Beach, along with nearby restaurants, shops, and the Blue Heron Bridge—perfect for snorkeling or diving. We offer keyless entry, so you can check in anytime after 4 PM, our standard check-in time. However, we do our best to accommodate early check-ins when possible. I like to follow my guests' lead when it comes to interaction. While I live on Singer Island, I don't stay at the property itself. If you need anything, I'm happy to stop by, or if I happen to run into you on the property, I'll say hi. Otherwise, I try to keep things as undisturbed as possible. After pulling into your free parking spot directly in front of the property, you'll immediately feel the ocean breeze and the peaceful atmosphere of our quiet neighborhood. While the neighborhood is peaceful and residential, you're still close to everything you came to Singer Island to enjoy. It's the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Just Bring Your Swimsuit! We've tried to make your beach days as easy as possible. Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, toys and other beach essentials are available for our guests—so you can spend less time packing and more time enjoying the Florida sunshine. ☀️🌴 Traveling With Family or Friends?
