My Wife/partner & or I will be available if needed. We have a small office in the home & will be there on occasion or stop by during the stay to say hello.

No one has access to the home except for another confirmed Airbnb guest, cleaners, maintenance crew, my Wife/Partner or myself who may access the home during the day.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
