There is off street parking. 1 vehicle per room.

No one has access to the home except for another confirmed Airbnb guest, my Wife/partner Amanda or myself who may access the home during the day.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
