Fully updated in 2024, brand new HEATED pool ($25/day option, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we remotely turn the heat on), grill area, sundeck. Fully fenced and under 24/7 surveillance. Pet allowed $45 fee.
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your check-in day if you want to use the heat option on the pool. The charge for 8 hours of electrical power to heat the pool is $25/day. For stays longer than 7 days, the heated pool option is $15/day since the pool is already pre-heated and requires less power.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
