Guests have access to the backyard in where they can enjoy the sunshine, fire pit, grill, bikes. Note: there is one other unit on the property that is located in the front of the property and is separated by a privacy fence (no gate) I am fully accessible at any time, whether it’s through a text message or a phone call, regardless of whether it’s during the day or night. Two sweet cats have made a home in the backyard, they're extremely friendly and sweet. We are looking for a furever home for her:) Other Things to Note: 1. Check-in 4:00 PM 2. No smoking (The location has a stringent no-smoking policy meaning that smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors) 8.
