We recommend having a car but you can use services like Uber/ Lyft to get around. AC Usage Guidelines: 1. Do not set the AC unit below 68°F to avoid the risk of it freezing over. 2. Please ensure all windows, doors, and sliders remain closed while the air conditioner is in use to prevent the unit from freezing over. 3. Ideally, set the AC to 72°F or higher when leaving the home to maintain efficiency and protect the unit from potential issues. Things to Note: Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement. We have a minimum age requirement of 25 to be able to book the property. This house is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet deposit, up to two dogs max; no cats. Please note that the pool heating is available upon request.
