One of South Florida's most prominent local artists, Maximo Caminero, displays "Dreamy Night" in the living room of your apartment. Maximo's art and work for the art community is showcased in the first chapter of Alfredo Triff's book "Miami Piccadillo". Alfredo Triff is a cuban-born pilar of the South Florida contemporary art and classical scene. He has served as an art critic for Miami publications, such as The Miami New Times, The Miami Sun Post, The Miami Herald. Triff holds a Doctorate of Philosophy from and is a lecturer on the History of Design at the University of Miami. The living room includes a leather couch with dual recliners, a desk and a robust private library that reflects Florida's percolating and nascent culture of civil rights, liberty and personal freedom. The books, art and outdoor activities will keep you busy for weeks. There is consistent and reliable wifi, so feel free to bring your personal streaming devices or enjoy optional Roku streaming service on the TV in the living room. Kitchen art features a pair of etchings entitled: Scenes Pastoral by Francesco Londonio (1723-1783). Commissioned by the Jean-Baptiste Mellerio, jeweler to the Medici, Josephine Bonaparte, Marie Antoinette and Queen Isabella II, the piece has been prominently featured in the Rothschild's collection at Chateau de Ferrieres en Brie since the mid-nineteenth century. Built in 1859, Ferrieres en Brie is Baron James de Rothschild's residence located south-east of Paris, France. Cancellation policy

A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
