The property is a 1500 sf ranch style home on a very quiet and safe residential street within 5 miles of the airport, outlet malls, downtown and world class beaches. The home is newly and stylishly renovated with an open floor plan and fully equipped designer kitchen. There are 2 full baths and 3 bedrooms with enough beds to comfortably sleep 8 people. Guests can use all of the home and property except the garage because the owner keeps some personal things in the garage. The laundry area is in the garage however and so guests can have full use of the washer and dryer in the garage. Turn right and walk that path past giant banyan and gumbo limbo trees, past fire and police station, until you reach a large fountain. Turn right and walk along road until you reach the big pink Palm Beach Shores Resort. Turn left and the sidewalk will take you back to the restaurants at the main beach you started from. 2.5 mile loop from Riviera Public Beach access. Lake Worth Beach - 9 miles south.
