Parking on our driveway up to 4 cars. No parking on the street. Country roads and neighborhoods are dark at night. The garage is locked for owner storage. Two interior closets are locked as well for owner storage.
No guests during the day or overnight over the limit that you booked without written approval by the host and will be limited. No parties will be tolerated. If found, the police will assist in immediate eviction.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
