Entire rental unit. Work or Play in Paradise With Private Heated Pool

Fully-equipped pool home centrally located near shops, restaurants, and downtown West Palm Beach. Less than 10 minutes’ drive to the beach, championship golf courses, and PBI airport. The home has a private heated saltwater pool with sun deck, beach umbrella, and spa features (waterfall and bubbler) upon request. The backyard has picturesque palm trees, tropical foliage, privacy fences and places to relax in the sun or the shade. You will feel like you’re in your own tropical paradise. Guests will have access to the full home and yard with the exception of a few closets and storage bins with owner’s personal items. Guests will also not have access to the back shed/office and there may also be a car in the back of the driveway that is not for guest use. There will still be space for at least one car in the driveway and additional parking on the street. Please contact me through the Air Bnb app with any questions or issues. A property manager is available to assist in-person if needed. We have a team of professionals (eg, pool maintenance, lawn maintenance, property management) who may be onsite periodically to ensure the property is well maintained for current and future guests. The property is regularly treated by a professional pest management company, but we can’t promise you won’t ever see one of South Florida’s tropical critters, such as mosquitos, iguanas, geckos, or insects. We have a strict policy of no parties, no smoking or vaping, and no pets (without prior authorization). We reserve the right to charge a penalty of up to $500 for breaking these rules (in addition to any additional cleaning or damage costs). There is an additional charge for pool heating of $35 for the first day and $15 for each subsequent day.
