This two bedroom, one bath home is only two miles away from downtown, less than a mile away from the wonderful Norton Museum of Art, only 2.4 miles to the closest public beach, and a short walk to Flagler’s beautiful intracoastal views and paddle board launch!
Guests have full access to the main house, backyard & pool area.
You will have private full access to the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom main house and the fully fenced in back yard with a heated saltwater pool, fire pit, grill & outdoor shower!
This house does have an attached guest suite that does currently have a renter until July 5th, after that I will only rent out the main house exclusively.

I give you full privacy at the property but I do ask you to please let me know if the pool or backyard need any attention during your stay & I will be happy have it cleaned.
Otherwise, I do have pool cleaners that come once a week (normally on Tuesday)
The surrounding area is an older neighborhood, very relaxed, safe, no HOA area. The home is only a couple minutes walk to the Dreher Park with a Zoo & Science Museum!
The driveway can fit about 3-4 cars but there is also plenty of street parking. I have two adult sized bicycles that I can take out of the storage shed upon request. Many attractions are only a short bike ride or Uber away!
The laundry room is currently a shared space between the main house and mother in law suite until July 5th. After that date, it will be private and not shared.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
