The kitchen features a generous island and a charming farmhouse sink, stocked with all basic cooking necessities and complimentary coffee. For your convenience, the laundry room is equipped with two washers and two dryers. Pool towels, bath towels, and linens are all provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers. The spacious living room offers an 85” smart TV, a large leather sectional, and a cozy fireplace. Enjoy your own private outdoor oasis! The fully enclosed backyard features a brand-new pool complete with a relaxing spa and sun shelf. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. You’ll also find a propane grill for easy cookouts, a spacious outdoor dining area shaded by a 12’ x 14’ gazebo, and comfortable lounge chairs for poolside relaxation. Whether you’re starting your morning with coffee outside or winding down after a day of exploring, this backyard is designed for comfort and fun. Guests will have private access to the entire property, including two private driveways, a spacious backyard, and a private dock on the lake. Please note that the garage is reserved for the homeowners and housekeeping team and is not accessible to guests. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. • Visitors must be pre-approved by the host in advance. • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM • Minimum booking age: 21 years old (primary guest must meet this requirement). • No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. • Pets must be pre-approved by the host prior to arrival. • No smoking indoors. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. • Parking is limited to a maximum of six (6) vehicles in the driveways only. No street parking or parking on the grass is permitted. • Pool Safety: Children must be supervised at all times while in or near the pool area.
