Our place is close to the airport, nightlife, the city center, and parks. You’ll love our place because of the views, the location, the people, and the ambiance. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
Our guest house in an open, efficiency layout. It contains a queen size bed and a futon that folds into a double bed. If does have a full kitchen and bath with a tub/shower combo. The light and bright decor makes it a HAPPY place.
Guest may use the pool, boats, yard, and grill at their own risk!
Your privacy is important to us. We are available by phone or through the app if necessary.
Our neighborhood is really quiet. mornings and evenings near the lake are breazy.
Renting a car is recommended. Uber and Lyft are also available.
we have fishing poles for the lake upon request.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
