Please inquire about rates and request in advance. Pet Policy: We welcome dogs weighing 20lbs or less, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. Written approval and a $250 fee per pet must be obtained prior to arrival. Guests who bring pets without prior written approval will be asked to leave immediately without refund and may incur fines up to $1,500. Pet fees allow us to professionally steam clean the property between guests to minimize allergens for future visitors. Service Animals that assist owners with disabilities (such as guide dogs) are always welcome and exempt from this policy. Please note that emotional support animals are not considered service animals. We cannot accommodate cats due to severe allergies among many guests. Security: Please note that there are security cameras located at the front and back of the property for liability and security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. House Rules: - No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home or on the property - No parties allowed unless discussed with host. This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. - Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. - Only confirmed guests are allowed.
