Welcome to our newly remodeled house with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, perfect for your family getaway! This cozy home is nestled in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. Enjoy the convenience of having 2 lakes and the beach in close proximity. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. Step outside to our inviting outdoor area where you can relax and unwind.
I won't be available in person, but you can always contact me through Airbnb and I can have the housekeeper come in person if necessary.
Fire up the BBQ for a delightful evening under the stars, or take a dip in our heated pool to truly unwind and relax.
We have a private apartment on the left side of the house with someone living in it. No pets allowed.
We have 2 cameras. One in the front door, the ring camera and one in the backyard for security purposes only. I uploaded pictures for you to see what I see.

For the little ones under the age of 12, enjoy a tasty pizza combo. Just remember, guests need to pick up the service and present their ID.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
