The Conch House has a large driveway for guests. A few steps to Sailfish Marina, 2 blocks from the beach, beautifully landscaped sidewalks within the town of Palm beach Shores for walks and bike rides. Bikes are for rent at Sailfish Marina along with water taxi tours and shuttles.
The Conch House invites its use to family gatherings, couples retreat, fishing trips, and alike! The use of the house for events and parties is not permitted.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
