Come and enjoy this centrally located home in WPB in a quiet neighborhood called Flamingo Park. This unit has been totally remodeled/updated into a modern 1 bedroom w/master closet, 1 full bathroom and a full kitchen private unit. There is room for 3 guests; we allow 1 pet, not over 40 pounds, for a fee, unless it is a service animal. This unit is a private unit. The above-ground pool, covered patio, gazebo, expansive fully fenced-in backyard, BBQ’s, patio furniture and laundry room are shared spaces with other guests. The use of the laundry is absolutely free and we offer complimentary detergent and dryer sheets. laundry may be used once during your stay. For rentals over 1 month, you are allowed to use once it on a weekly basis. Your Little Paradise, an oasis, away from home will feel like a luxury 5 star resort. I’m sure you’ll come back every year! KITCHEN: Little Paradise comes equipped with a full-size kitchen in an all white modern cabinets with a quartz countertop. There is a full-size, stainless steel, refrigerator/freezer, a 2 burner induction stove and LG microwave. You’ll have all of the cooking essentials such a rice cooker/steamer; Keureg coffee maker plus complimentary K-cups, individual creamers and sugar packets to last your entire stay. We have all essentials from wine glasses to glass coasters (as can be seen on the pictures). We also offer our guests, complimentary little necessities such as: Mayonnaise packets, ketchup packets, oil and vinegar, etc. Underneath the sink you’ll find dish soap, fire extinguisher. DINNING: There is 1 dining table and 2 chairs. The dining table has a USB Port and converts into your own little office. There is a fan in the kitchen/dining area. BEDROOM: Has 1 Queen-sized bed; bedroom furniture was purchased at a high-end furniture store called El Dorado. There is also a comfy chair. There is 1 walk-in closet which houses the twin-size portable cot. Extra linens, pillows and blankets for both the queen size bed and portable cot are kept inside the walk-in-closet. We only use luxurious Egyptian Cotton sheets. An steam iron is there, in case you might need. You’ll also find 2 luxurious robes for your use during your stay. BATHROOM: Enter into your spa experience, walk into the newly refurbished bathroom with all new modern bath fixtures and quartz countertops. Walk into your rain shower and feel that you have just arrived Into your own Little Paradise. We offer complimentary necessities as disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body-soap, conditioner, even wipes. We also provide a hair dryer for your use while our guest. EXTRAS; Inside the walk in closet you will find 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels for you to enjoy our beautiful beaches! SHARED LAUNDY: Top of the line stainless steel front loading washer and dryer. To be used 1 time during your stay; if guest will book for over 1 month, then can wash/dry once a week. We supply detergent and dryer sheets. Please clean dryer filters after you use the dryer. SHARED PATIO, POOL, FENCED-IN GRASSY AREA, GAZEBO, OUTDOOR DINING TABLE: Pool - Above-ground pool is maintained by a Pool Contractor. Pool is not to be used by minors. BBQ- There are 2 BBQ’s; please clean grill plate after each use. We have the BBQ tools and cleaning brush on the outside patio. Gazebo - by the grassy area. Covered Patio - With dinning table and 4 chairs. Fenced-in yard - to play on the grass and for dogs to play. Must pick-up after your pets. Little Paradise is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood called Flamingo Park. We are 6-8 minutes away from WPB Airport. Minutes away from 1-95, Florida Turnpike, Tri-Rail and Brightline. Close to Downtown and Clematis Street for entertainment and dining venues. Less than 15 minutes away from the beaches of Palm Beach. We have set-up a guidebook for our guests to use, which lists listing major museums, golf courses, beaches, shopping venues, etc.
