Guests can park at left hand side of the house, in the driveway park on the right side next to trailer, enter gate next to driveway and private entrance to the studio.
Very peaceful neighborhood, central, 8 minutes from the airport, 3 minutes from Florida's Turnpike and Okeechobee blvd where you can fine many restaurants and shopping centers, we are 15 mins away to the downtown. We are 15mins from CACTI park.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
