Soak in the beautiful tropical environment of South Florida! Master Bedroom: Features French doors overlooking the pool, a full bathroom, and a large walk-in closet for all your belongings. Wake up to the sunrise on a king-size foam mattress or use the queen pullout for extra guests. Entertainment includes a wall-mounted 42" flat-screen TV. Second Bedroom: Enjoy views of the pool, garden, and farm table. This room offers three sleeping options: a full-size foam mattress, an extra-long twin mattress, or a trundle bed with two extra long twin mattresses. Includes a 50" flat-screen TV. Third Bedroom: A cozy hideaway with a queen-size foam bed, located close to the bathroom—perfect for kids or couples. Includes a 32" flat-screen TV. Fourth Bedroom: Features a queen-size foam bed and its own separate AC unit for guests who prefer cooler comfort. Located on a private end of the house near another bathroom, making it an ideal retreat. Includes a 32" flat-screen TV. Indoor Laundry: Full washer and dryer with cleaning products provided to keep your wardrobe fresh. Climate Control: The home features central AC controlled by a Nest thermostat—simply press the screen and adjust the temperature with the wheel. The system is automated to save energy when you’re away. Additionally, three mini-split units allow guests to customize temperatures in individual rooms. You will have access to the entire 2,000 sq. ft home including private salt water pool and backyard. Board games located in the living room for all ages. Streaming cable services including: Netflix, Amazon Prime, and streaming. Outdoor grill/BBQ is gas, please make sure to recover if using. We will be only a phone call away and can always provide guidance if needed. We will not physically be at the location. Home is located within walking distance to the infamous 'The Gardens Mall' and 'Downtown At the Gardens' including movie theaters, restaurants and shopping. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is only 11 miles away. A short drive can bring you to PGA National Resort & Spa - 3 miles, Juno Beach Pier - 3 miles, Roger Dean Stadium - 3 miles, Downtown Abacoa - 3 miles, Jupiter Inlet - 6 miles, Ball Park of The Palm Beaches - 7 miles, and Downtown West Palm - 10 miles. Uber and Lyft are both prevelant in the area and only take an average of 5 minutes to arrive at the location. Trirail is about 15 minutes south, while the new Brightline is nearby in Downtown West Palm. Taxis are also available and there is a good population of Turo, and Budget rental vehicles available in the area. The pool is typically comfortable year-round, for extra comfort, the pool heating is available as an optional add-on for $30 per day your entire stay must be heated; minimum request must be made 48 hours in advance. Pool heating is not included in the nightly rate and must be requested separately.
